I love the updates on my iPhone. But - all I can do is transfer on my iPad. Why is that? Please make the iPad like the iPhone for 5 stars.
Literally you can only transfer and it shows how much is in the account, which is almost useless. This needs updating. I would use ccfcu to hold all of my money if they had a better way of accessing things online. Take some tips from the big banks :)

This app does what exactly what it needs to. Rarely updated, but its still fine the way it is. Itd be great it it had mobile check deposit like so many other banks but other than that its simple and easy to use. Could use an updated interface.

This app is CONSTANTLY down and ALWAYS having problems. Customer service is NOT knowledgeable
It is very concerning that I have had issues logging into to my account through this app and on the web. When I called in this evening, the call center, a 3rd party group, was not able to give me any answers as to why the system is down. I said I would call the bank in the morning and was told the rep from the call center said she didn’t think the bank would be able to tell me anything as to why the system is down. I will still try and see if I can get answers in the morning but this is a big red flag! I’ve been banking with 1st Nor Cal for 30+ years and am heavily considering going with a different bank.
New to 1st Nor Cal, downloaded app but there is no registration option only a login, no matter what I do I can not register and create an account. This app is garbage, obviously this bank doesn’t care because I read other older reviews and none of their concerns have been addressed in this app, unable to use app for making payments, will have to use my other banks billpay to pay my car payment at 1st NC. Sad
New app takes to long to load. Doesn’t work about half the time. Should go back to old app. That one worked and was much faster.
The login takes a long time to load. The account view doesn’t fit on one page, causing you to scroll back and forth to see all accounts and transferring money between accounts has become laborious, as many additional and unnecessary steps have been layered in.
They changed app, haven’t been able to get transaction history for accounts.
Two things number 1) unable to access my account on this app. It asked for a privacy policy disclosure when I attempt to accept it it will not except. Number 2) via the website when attempting to do a E deposit I select my account and it opens up a page that says your session has expired. Please help please fix. .
They changed the app recently and there’s no way to search account history more than just several days.
This update is a downgrade. Transaction history is just a blank page on an iPhone 11. Good credit Union , bad app.
Worst banking app ever
The app just updated today and it seems worse… I can’t even accept the terms and conditions, the agree button just does not work.
Switching banks because the website and app is terrible.
I get locked out of my account every few months with the app saying incorrect password although having the correct password.
Always buggy. App developers can never decide if they want to keep FaceID or not. Worst mobile banking app.
The entire app is janky. It feels slow and the UI is like a bad 90s website. The parts that work I guess work. My big issue is that mobile deposit is useless! Every time I try to do it the camera screen flips and then it becomes unusable locked in a strange half screen bug.
Please fix app not working pw erases and over and over …. Can’t get into account!!!!
Might be the worst app I’ve ever used. To register as a new user, you have to search around the app. I found it under the FAQ section, why isn’t it on the main page? Then after you enter your email to register it says it will send you a temporary password via email. Well, it’s been hours and still no email (I proof read it twice). It’s an unusable pile of trash, whoever paid to have this thing made should ask for their money back. I hope the rest of the credit union works better than this app.
It was convenient and easy to long in with the touch on a finger. Now I have to log on using my password each time I want to check my account. Very frustrating.

Latest update will not allow fingerprint ID to login. Complete inconvenience. Also, when will bank allow Zelle transfers???
App crashes upon launch. No developer update in years
9/10 times the app crashes before I can see my account. Please fix it!!
I extremely disappointed with this application and website. It abruptly disappears leaving my account open and me in limbo!! Then when pull out Menu and press transfers not always give the options to transfer between own accts nor members and institutions!
App is outdated, feels like from 2001, they could update it, make it nice and beautiful, just like most bank and credit unions out there!
Hate this app. Try to check balances and it closes unexpectedly and frequently. Very frustrating.

Its ok app it let you do basic transactions, view balance, bill pay, transfer & etc. It needs to be updated a lot more often
